For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened printer ink & toner cartridges
• Custom-configured pegboard systems
• Software or digital products

4.2 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once items leave our facility, the carrier becomes responsible for timely delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Item is unused and in original packaging
• All original tags and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase is provided
• Return request is initiated within 15 days

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Wait for return authorization (response within 24 hours)
4. Ship the item back to our Fort Worth facility at your expense

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers cannot receive refunds for customs duties or taxes.

5.4 Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective. Include photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
