All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our office organization products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All original tags and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Opened printer ink & toner cartridges
- Custom-configured pegboard systems
- Software or digital products
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Wait for authorization – we’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back to our Fort Worth facility at your expense (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Receive your refund or exchange once we’ve processed your return

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
For exchanges:
