Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Item must include all original tags and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened printer ink & toner cartridges
  • Custom-configured pegboard systems
  • Software or digital products

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  4. Ship the item back to our Fort Worth facility at your expense (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:
